Processing Times
Because every magnet is custom-made to order, please allow us time to ensure your memories are preserved perfectly.

Standard Processing: Most orders are handcrafted and ready to ship within 48 hours (business days).

High Volume Periods: During holidays or large sales events, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for time-sensitive orders like wedding save the dates or memorials.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Local Pick-up
At this time, our Los Angeles studio is not open for public pick-up. All orders are shipped directly to your door to ensure the fastest service.
Damages & Missing Packages
SoulMade Customs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, your happiness is our top priority.
