At TheSoulMadeCustoms, we take pride in handcrafted quality. Because our products are personalized with your unique photos and custom-made in our Los Angeles studio, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. However, we are 100% committed to your happiness.
Our "Make It Right" Promise
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we made an error in your customization.

Damaged or Defective Items: If there is an issue with your order, text us at (213) 677-7050 or email infonm2022@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Free Replacements: For any valid quality issues or shipping damage, we will send a free replacement of your custom magnets as quickly as possible.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Custom Products: All personalized items—including memorial magnets, save the dates, and custom-shaped cuts—are final sale and cannot be returned.

Photo Quality: We are dedicated to high-quality results; however, we are not responsible for the print quality of low-resolution, blurry, or dark original images provided by the customer.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a replacement cannot be provided for a defective item. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
